The School of Arts and Sciences seeks adjunct faculty to teach an undergraduate section of Epidemiology during Spring Semester, 2018. The course is designed to provide a foundation of epidemiologic terminology, concepts, and measures. Students will be expected to identify key sources of data, calculate basic epidemiology measures, and evaluate the strengths and limitations of epidemiologic reports. Additionally, students should gain exposure to the concepts of epidemiologic study design, association, and causality, as well as the epidemiologic approach to disease intervention.
