This position is a member of the Admission and Enrollment Services team and is responsible for credential review for MCPHS applicants that includes review of required application materials, transfer credit evaluation and prerequisite evaluation to assist in determining correct program and admission status. This position is focused on data entry efficiency and integrity, data auditing and providing a high level of service to a variety of internal clients.


  • Reviews application materials for university programs
  • Determines applicant eligibility
  • Completes transfer credit evaluation for transfer applicants
  • Completes prerequisite review and determines proper level and start date for applicants
  • Reviews foreign credentials for international applicants including determining if the student meets English language proficiency requirements
  • Responsibilities for data entry in support of all admission populations
  • Performs data quality control audits to ensure data integrity
  • Review admission files and make recommended decisions according to established criteria.
  • Document student interactions in CRM
  • Using CRM, assign follow up tasks with other admission staff according to designated workflow
  • Assist students with questions regarding transfer credit, prerequisite courses, enrollment levels and other admission related topics
  • Works as part of campus staffing for assigned on-campus recruitment events
  • Assists with admission event staffing
  • Assists as-needed with recruitment activities

 Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant job experience
  • Some experience in admissions or higher education setting is preferred
  • High level data entry skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with employees at all levels of the institution and appropriately address needs and concerns
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office and other applicable software programs
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Familiarity with operational databases
  • Complete assigned projects in a timely and accurate manner
