Applications are invited for adjunct faculty to assist in course coordination and to support the activities of the Post BS PharmD Program Pathway, School of Pharmacy-Boston.


  • Assist the program directors delivering online supported courses
  • Organize course content using the course management system
  • Process audio PowerPoint presentations and MP3 files using designated software
  • Prepare and grade online exams
  • Organize student assignments and other related material in order to process and post final grades
  • Facilitate small group discussions online and via web conference for Post BS PharmD courses as needed
  • Facilitate web conference lectures for Post BS PharmD courses as needed
  • Assist in orientation of new students
  • Assist with program activities and meetings; including campus visits, guest lecturers, or special projects as needed.
  • Maintain and organize program files as designated by the program directors
  • Maintain a professional work environment




  • Doctor of Pharmacy
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting
  • Experience in an academic environment, preferred
  • Operate personal computer and software
  • Experience using computer software programs including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills, attentive to detail
  • Clear and courteous oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assign priorities to work request
  • Proficiency in the use of technology and experience with a course or learning management system, preferably Blackboard
