The Salesforce CRM Manager serves as a key member of the Admission team. This position must have a solid business process acumen and possess exceptional attention to detail. The primary responsibility is to take initiative in providing management, oversight, reporting and organization for the Admissions Salesforce CRM (Enrollment Rx) and function effectively in a support role under the Executive Director of Enrollment Services. This position is a key contributor in meeting enrollment goals University-wide.


  • Ensure that the Salesforce CRM system meets the functional needs of the department and staff in meeting enrollment targets for all university programs at all campuses
  • Work with Informational Services to maintain and monitor timely and accurate data flow between the Salesforce CRM (EnrollmentRx) and the Student Information System (Ellucian Colleague)
  • Develop and provide regular reports and data analysis related to recruitment and enrollment goals
  • Create views, manage dashboard reporting, run imports, monitor and ensure data integrity
  • Responsible for the processing of applicant information into Colleague student information system
  • Bridge the gap between units in resolving CRM usage issues
  • Facilitate training and information gathering sessions, troubleshoot issues and provide solutions associated with CRM system
  • Responsible for ongoing user support, training and development
  • Support Executive Director of Enrollment Services with all data and application logistics
  • Work with Marketing staff to manage events and prepare HTML emails for campaigns within Salesforce 
  • Work with Admissions Operations staff to manage email communication plans through Salesforce to applicants, accepted and deposited students.
  • Oversee implementation of campaign automation and communication setup and ongoing day to day maintenance
  • Other related projects, duties and responsibilities as assigned and deemed necessary to meeting enrollment goals
  • Has oversight on the usage of applications within the CRM
  • Assist with onsite recruitment events
  • Work collaboratively with all units under the Enrollment Services and Marketing units
  • Participate in weekly operations and marketing meetings

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.




  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years relevant and progressive experience
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Salesforce Certification strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success as a member of an admission team in the higher education or private secondary setting as well as a solid working knowledge of student recruiting, student records management, enrollment operations and admission process
  • Experience and familiarity with database management and Salesforce, and proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Experience and familiarity with research and analysis of data and the ability to design, produce and interpret statistical data for admission
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Occasional evening and weekend hours are required
  • Must be goal or results-oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to fulfill job requirements in a fast moving, high-energy area and ability to meet deadlines while demonstrating great attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and effectively function in a fast-paced and team enviroment
