Responsibilities

The Salesforce Integration Manager is responsible for integration and administration of Customer Relationship Manager (Salesforce) to MCPHS key applications including, Student Information System, Learning Management System, and Enterprise Content Management. The Salesforce Integration Manager is responsible for implementing technical enhancements and solutions as well as managing teams of development resources as required, and also provides technical, financial and business expertise and guidance in the development and modification of the Salesforce CRM supporting integration to complex systems and subsystems used for daily production processing, reporting and financial accounting.

  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving and further leveraging these systems
  • Review and evaluate data processing proposals to develop technical designs in Salesforce.com to address requirements across all systems
  • Develop and enhance workflows and cross-function configurations across systems
  • Develop use cases and conduct testing scenarios to validate goals are being met
  • Develop project plans and coordinate activity.  Identify and navigate potential issues in order to meet deadlines and schedule
  • Develop and enhance methodologies and practices for the application life cycle management in line with best practice and practical experience of continuous improvement
  • Develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization as to how applications are used and enable new sources of value
  • Participate in all phases of projects including development, design, and testing
  • Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems
  • Actively review and monitor reported incidents and defects. Coordinate investigation, resolution and document results
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and potential impact on the support business
  • Maintain a high level of employee morale within the team

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Required:

 

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Force.com, with a strong understanding on Apex and Visualforce development preferred
  • Strong knowledge of software development strategies including RDBMS(MSSQL) and Web(C#, SOAP, Restful, MVC, Javascript)
  • Experience with enterprise integration and extract, transformation, and load (ETL) tools
  • 3+ years of project management experience demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and provide leadership and direction for process implementation working with waterfall, and agile development methodologies
  • Strong background in business systems and processes with a broad focus across internal operations and a specific focus on ERP/CRM implementations.
  • Must be a team player with positive “Can-do” attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in standard office applications; e.g., Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong problem-solving skills, data and software applications
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Ability to project enthusiasm for projects
  • Must be detail-oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
