The Visit Concierge for Student Financial Services is responsible for the oversight of all on-campus individual visits; provides quality customer service through all forms of communication, and represents the institution in a professional and knowledgeable manner.


  • Greet prospective students and their families, and provide information about Student Financial Services and Enrollment.
  • Extensive interaction with visitors, currents students, faculty and staff
  • Act as frontline contact for the main phone line,either answering questions or forwarding to the appropriate person/office.
  • Maintain and manage the electronic calendar for the office of Student Financial Services.
  • Manage and coordinate all personalized visits including scheduling meetings and customize itineraries as needed.
  • Manage Student Financial Services Lounge so that it is a suitable space to welcome visitors; maintain inventory.
  • Presents new ideas to the team about ways in which to improve the visit experience.
  • Perform data entry into Ellucian Colleague and Sales Force
  • Scan and Index forms/documents in OnBase imaging system
  • Respond to all email inquiries.
  • Assist with all Student Financial Services events.
  • Assist in recruiting events, mailings, and other special projects as needed.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.




  • A minimum of a high school diploma and two years of experience in an administrative support position working in a fast-paced, multifaceted office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work as a member of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to represent the University in a professional and positive manner
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in writing and verbally in a culturally diverse setting
  • Ability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends



  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Prior experience in higher education or in admission as a volunteer, or in a paid position
