Faculty engage in teaching, scholarship, and service activities.


  • Coordinate and/or teach didactic courses
  • Participate in clinical-related activities
  • Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of the curriculum for PAS education and in the development and incorporation of instructional experiences within the curriculum designed to achieve and maintain compliance with ARC-PA standards
  • Serve as an ambassador for the PAS program through participation in service activities
  • Serve on college-wide and school-specific faculty committees, and participate in professional development activities

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Program Director.


Rank is commensurate with education and experience.




Applications may be considered as follows:


Physician Assistants with the following:


  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related discipline, preferred master’s in PA Studies
  • Current PA national certification and eligibility for licensure in MA
  • A minimum of three years of clinical experience
  • Candidates without a master's degree would be required to obtain a master’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited institution within four years of hire

Physicians with the following:


  • Current eligibility or unrestricted license as an allopathic or osteopathic physician in MA
  • Certification by an ABMS or AOA-approved specialty board
  • A minimum of three years of clinical experience

Candidates must have strong organizational and computer skills.
