    As a member of the digital marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager develops, executes and analyzes digital campaign strategies for MCPHS degree program portfolio, and identifies and capitalizes on leading digital marketing trends. 


    • Assess MCPHS business model, industry, target market, customer base and business drivers
    • Lead strategic planning efforts including the identification of business goals and how to achieve and measure those goals through digital channels
    • Translate MCPHS goals and objectives into actionable and measurable digital marketing strategies and programs
    • Plan, execute and monitor integrated digital communications strategies and tactics across multiple channels including social media, mobile, email marketing, search, display and video
    • Drive the planning efforts for search engine optimization (SEO) and pay per click (PPC), including executing and optimizing programs as needed
    • Develop relevant analytics reports, including analysis and recommendations across all channels
    • Conduct audits of MCPHS’s existing digital marketing efforts and develop strategies and tactics for optimization
    • Lead project efforts and delegate tasks to other digital and project marketing team members and agency partners
    • Support business development efforts with creative and strategic content/input as part of the program marketing process
    • Stay up-to-date and maintain a high level of expertise in digital technologies and marketing trends
    • Participate in industry events, and be engaged in the digital marketing community
    • Develop written documentation such as proposals, presentations and MCPHS case studies

    Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.




    • Bachelor’s degree and three to five years of experience developing custom digital strategies/tactics in a service product marketing environment
    • Solid understanding of user experience (UX) design, usability, and digital best practices
    • Demonstrated experience with web analytics software (such as Google Analytics), and PPC marketing techniques and tools (such as Google AdWords)
    • Relevant experience using SEO and social media monitoring tools such as SEOmoz, Crimson Hexagon, and others
    • Experience with the creation and curation of digital content across a wide spectrum of digital channels
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of digital technologies
    • An understanding of the impact of social media across digital marketing channels and the ability to discuss its value and ROI to MCPHS stakeholders
    • Ability to employ analytical approaches to solve digital marketing problems
    • Ability to work effectively with others to provide seamless MCPHS enrollment marketing campaigns
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple internal stakeholders
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Strong communication skills



    • Salesforce and/or Pardot experience a plus
