    Responsibilities

    The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead student prospect acquisition through paid digital channels. The position will be responsible for digital strategy implementation, day-to-day execution, and rigorous measurement of all paid digital campaigns.

     

    • Own and execute the day-to-day management, testing, and optimization of all PPC campaigns on Google Adwords and Bing including but not limited to keyword opportunities, campaign structuring and targeting
    • Provide in-depth reporting and insightful analysis of all PPC program performance
    • Manage new campaign text and image ads (and testing plans), and work closely with designer and writers to ensure that ads are continuously refreshed and optimized
    • Manage Display, Paid Social, Native, Video, etc. channels, including campaign trafficking, optimization, reporting
    • Plan and buy digital channels and support Digital Managers with planning and activation of integrated digital campaigns
    • Manage Test & Learn program for all digital media to maintain ongoing messaging and creative effectiveness and freshness
    • Evaluate and manage media vendors, develop and maintain relationships, and manage billing
    • Stay on top of industry and competitive trends and identify new opportunities to grow the business

    Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.

    Qualifications

    Required:

     

    • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience digital media planning, activation or analytics experience 
    • Deep knowledgeable on the PPC landscape with experience in creating, implementing, and optimizing PPC strategies
    • Very strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel with full proficiency of Adwords
    • Awareness of advertising technology and experience of working with multi-touch attribution in managing both brand and performance campaign
    • Working knowledge of display and social media planning, buying and management required
    • Strong analytical skills and background preferred
    • Self-directed and ability to operate independently as required
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to established timeframes
    • Ability to balance short and long-term priorities
