    The Digital Marketing Coordinator works with the Director of Digital Marketing and team to help create and carry out our acquisition and marketing strategy, including, but not limited to email, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.


    • Support the deployment of paid digital campaigns including trafficking, QAing, measuring and reporting on ROI.
    • Report on KPIs in Salesforce for all marketing campaigns and help interpret analytics to provide insights
    • Assist in building, testing and QAing lead nurture campaigns via email in Pardot
    • Work with team members and marketing automation platform to create and update landing pages
    • Measure ROI and effectiveness of all initiatives and provide reporting
    • Foster clear communication across teams (Marketing, Admissions, Information Systems, and other internal clients) to ensure timelines are properly aligned and deadlines are met
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, and that project plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets are closely managed
    • Proactively identify, communicate and troubleshoot challenges
    • Support in research and evaluation of new media partners and opportunities
    • Monitor web content to ensure accuracy and usefulness, and QA web changes
    • Support internal process improvements to help hone best practices for all aspects of project delivery

    Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.




    • 1-3 years of proven working experience in project management in the web, digital, content, e-commerce or related field
    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or focused on analytics
    • Experience reporting and creating conversion funnels in Google Analytics
    • Knowledge of campaign tracking best practice, from impressions to conversion
    • Strong understanding of dashboard reporting and presentation to a wide audience across the University
    • Desire to continue to test new initiatives, learn and grow
    • Stability and consistency under pressure and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
    • Utilize data to analyze and optimize processes
    • Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently
    • Able to positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization
    • Willingness to propose new ideas, think creatively, and take risks in order to learn and grow the web and interactive media.
    • Excellent writing and communication skills
    • Excellent project management skills with experience in project management platforms, Basecamp, JIRA, or similar.
    • Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce and Pardot is preferred
    • Acquisition and growth marketing background preferred
