  • Overview

    The Admission Operations Coordinator is a member of the Central Operations team within the Office of Admission and holds responsibilities in support of admission efforts for all University programs and populations. This position is focused on data entry efficiency and integrity, data auditing, and providing a high level of service to a variety of internal clients.


    • Daily responsibilities for data entry and application processing in support of all admission populations
    • Perform data quality control audits for all populations to ensure data integrity.
    • Coordinate processing and data entry of college transcripts data such as GPA, courses taken, and course numbers.
    • Assist with mailing communications.
    • Monitor email inboxes for the Admission office and triage/reply accordingly.
    • Process test score for incoming students in the student information system (Salesforce).
    • Support both domestic and international recruitment travel efforts through processing travel material request.
    • Manage inventory of marketing materials on-campus.
    • Support the application process by monitoring Salesforce application views to ensure timely review of applications and processing of decisions.
    • Assist in managing duplicates in Salesforce by auditing entering the system.
    • Assist the Admission office with programs and events

    Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.




    • Bachelor degree or relevant job experience
    • Some experience preferred in admission or higher education setting
    • High-level data entry skill
    • Familiarity with operational databases
    • Strong organization skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office and other applicable software program
    • Ability to work in multiple computer system at an advanced level
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with employees at all level of the institution and appropriately address needs and concerns
    • Ability to work evenings and weekends
    • Ability to complete assigned projects in at timely and accurate manner
